1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration & Verification

Players may register only one Account on the kiss916 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

kiss916 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any time deemed necessary by kiss916's compliance team, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch n Go eWallet or bank account in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. kiss916 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits

All deposits to kiss916 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kiss916 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT (where applicable).

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. kiss916 does not charge fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. kiss916 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from an account not belonging to the registered Player will be returned and the deposit rejected.

kiss916 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawing the associated real-money balance.
• kiss916 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes to 24 hours for standard amounts, subject to compliance checks. Processing times for larger amounts may be longer.
• kiss916 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals of RM 10,000 or above.

Chargebacks initiated through your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to kiss916 are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. Any outstanding balances at the time of a chargeback may be withheld pending resolution.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kiss916 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, game restrictions, and validity periods.

General bonus rules applicable to all kiss916 promotions:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• kiss916 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed as a result of a technical error, system fault, or in circumstances that kiss916 determines to constitute bonus abuse.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiss916 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to exploit or interfere with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors rather than reporting them to kiss916 support;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Attempting to launder funds or otherwise use kiss916 for financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

kiss916 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any evidence of criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss916 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of kiss916 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the kiss916 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from kiss916.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiss916 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from a Player's gambling activity on the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical issues, or Internet connectivity failures;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, regardless of the cause;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;

The kiss916 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kiss916 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and accuracy, no warranty is given as to uninterrupted or error-free service.

11 Responsible Gaming

kiss916 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based alerts to remind you of the duration of your current session.

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
